1. Verification of legitimate card holder
   Additionally, TO PROTECT YOU, GOODS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL WE VERIFY THAT YOU ARE THE LEGIMATE CARD HOLDER (even though your card may have been successfully processed). This process does not take long.
   
   This is a security measure to help prevent a person/s profiting in the use of stolen credit cards to purchase goods. Therefore we reserve the right to ring you and/or check with your bank to ensure that you are the legitimate cardholder (and not in possession of a stolen credit card). In cases, where we find that your credit card has been stolen, we will immediately notify you and your bank to arrange credit to your card for the cost of the goods illegally purchased. No goods will sent until verification.

Currency
All products are shown in Australian Dollars.
If you are ordering outside of Australia you can still pay via credit card as your bank will convert the amount from Australian dollars to your currency.

Information Provided by You
If you purchase goods and services from wabi-sabi.com.au we will require you to provide your name, address, e-mail address, credit card number or other details ("customer information'). We may subsequently require further details to enable the processing of any orders that you make in-line with our security policy and to ensure that we send what you ordered to your correct address. You agree to provide Uemporia with current, complete and accurate customer information when asked to do so by the website or an employee of Uemporia.

Placing and Accepting Orders
You can pay by credit card (via the web or by phone) or by direct deposit. During the checkout process simply choose to either pay with a credit card over the web, or request a 'phone order' or 'direct deposit order' and we will call you on the number you specify or e-mail you with our account details.

Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received and Uemporia is satisfied with the integrity of the order in accordance with our security policies.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, Uemporia is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer"). We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way.

Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the Wabi-Sabi website are current at the time of display. We take every reasonable care to ensure accuracy of all products listed. However, we do not accept liability for any errors in pricing and description. Pricing and stock availability is subject to change anytime without notice.

Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time.
